- 43g  Quick oats ⁣
- 10g  Protein⁣ powder
- 70g Egg whites ⁣
- 60ml Water ⁣
- 2g Baking powder⁣
- 85g Yoghurt ⁣
- 50g Frozen blackberries ⁣
- 15g Sugar free syrup ⁣
  1. Blend the oats and baking powder together until fine
  2. Add your wet ingredients and blend.
  3. Cook your batter to your liking
  4. Top with berries, yoghurt and syrup
